ONLINE ORDER PROCESS 

Blossom Dolls PSA: Please make sure to update your address by sending us a message on Instagram or Email withing 48hrs (2days) (Blossomdollscustomerservice@gmail.com) if you think there was a mistake, before label gets created. We are NOT responsible for any lost or damage packages once your order is out of our facility, the responsibility is handled to USPS carrier.

PICK UP ORDER PROCESS

 

Blossom Dolls Pickup PSA : We give you customers at least 5 days to pick up your order, after 5 days pass a holding fee will apply. If order is not picked up refund WILL NOT be issued nor giving store credit nor gift card

  • If you have a certain day to pickup please make sure to send us a message on Instagram or Email within 24hrs! So we can process it until the pickup date. (Blossomdollcustomerservice@gmail.com)  
  • Please make sure to message us once you are on the curbside of the location, if no show up within 10 min after arrival confirmation, service will no longer be available until the next day. 
  • Be ready to provide your name and have your confirmation email ready, if you have someone else pick up your order please make sure to message us on Instagram or Email before pick up time. You have the responsibility to provide them with the confirmation email to show when arrive at our destination.
