Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

All approved returns will be issued as store credit (gift card).

After 14 days from delivery, returns and exchanges will no longer be accepted

We carefully inspect all items before shipping. If you receive a defective item (ripped, stained, damaged, etc.):

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

If reported after 48 hours, the refund will be issued partially as:

50% back to your original payment method

50% issued as store credit (gift card)

Claims made after 14 days will not be accepted.
Photos of the defect are required when submitting your claim!

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges are subject to item availability and size limitations.

If the requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit (gift card) will be issued instead.

After 14 days, exchanges are no longer available
