  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit (gift card).

  • After 14 days from delivery, returns and exchanges will no longer be accepted

🧡 Defective Items

We carefully inspect all items before shipping. If you receive a defective item (ripped, stained, damaged, etc.):

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  • If reported after 48 hours, the refund will be issued partially as:

    • 50% back to your original payment method

    • 50% issued as store credit (gift card)

  • Claims made after 14 days will not be accepted.

Photos of the defect are required when submitting your claim!

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to item availability and size limitations.

  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit (gift card) will be issued instead.

  • After 14 days, exchanges are no longer available
